Terms of use.

These terms apply to your use of unitrix.io and its pages (the “website”), operated by Unitrix (“Unitrix”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

They do not govern your use of the Unitrix ERP platform, mobile apps or services. Those are covered entirely by the subscription agreement and order form you sign with us, which take precedence over anything written here.

You may use the website to learn about Unitrix, contact us and request a demo or quote. When you do, you agree to:

• Give accurate information in our forms, and only on your own behalf or with permission.
• Not try to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the website.
• Not upload anything harmful, unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Not copy or scrape the website at a volume that affects other visitors, or to build a competing product.

We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.

The pricing page and quote builder describe our plans and what each includes, to help you plan. They are not an offer or a quotation and do not bind either of us.

A firm price follows a conversation about your scope and is set out in a written proposal. A contract exists only when both parties sign an order form or agreement.

Dashboards, figures, company names and conversations shown on the website, including those with our AI assistant, use sample data to show how the product works. They are not results from a real customer unless we say so clearly.

Articles and guides are general information, not professional, legal or tax advice. Rules such as GST requirements change, so check with your own advisers before acting.

We describe features as accurately as we can, but the product develops over time. Some capabilities depend on your plan, configuration or third-party services. If a feature matters to your decision, confirm it with us in writing before you sign. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

The Unitrix name, logo, website design, text, graphics, product screens and software are owned by or licensed to Unitrix and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. Please do not reproduce, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.

Third-party names and logos, for example of integrations, belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them. It does not imply endorsement.

If you send us ideas, feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve our products without owing you anything, though we will never publish your name or company without permission. Personal data you send is handled under our privacy policy.

Where we link to other websites, such as integration partners, social networks or government portals, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.

To the extent the law allows, Unitrix is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website alone.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights or obligations under a signed agreement with us.

If you misuse the website or break these terms, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we incur as a result, to the extent the law allows.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai. We would always prefer to resolve concerns directly first, so please write to us.
