Services questions

Timelines, migration, your team's time and support after go-live.

Still have a question?

Ask Trix and we will answer it live, on your own processes, in a demo.

01How long does implementation take?

It depends on the scope and the data you bring. Your plan, with dates for each phase, is agreed before the project starts, and most teams go live in phases rather than all at once.

02Can you migrate data from Tally, spreadsheets or our current ERP?

Yes. We extract masters, opening balances and open transactions, clean duplicates, load them into a test environment and reconcile every balance with you before go-live.

03How much of our team's time will implementation need?

Mainly a few key users from each department for workshops, data checks and testing. We give you a week-by-week plan so you can schedule around production.

04What support do you offer after go-live?

Support by email, phone, WhatsApp and in-app tickets, with response targets set out in your plan. Growth and Enterprise customers also get regular health checks.
