01Will customisations break when Unitrix updates?
Configured changes such as fields, forms, workflows and print formats carry forward automatically. Coded integrations are tested before each release.
02How are customisations priced?
Configuration within the platform is usually part of implementation. Larger custom work is scoped and quoted separately before we start.
03Can we make changes ourselves later?
Yes. Administrators can add fields, adjust forms and build workflows without code.
