Implementation and onboarding

A structured go-live, not an open-ended project

A dedicated team maps your processes, configures Unitrix, migrates your data and stays with you through go-live and the first month-end close.

What changes for you

A plan before you start

Phases, owners and dates agreed up front, not discovered along the way.

Go live in phases

Start with the departments that matter most and add the rest without disruption.

Support through the first close

We stay with you until month-end runs cleanly on Unitrix.

How it works

  1. 1DiscoverWorkshops with each department to map how work actually flows today.
  2. 2ConfigureMasters, workflows, approvals, reports and print formats set up to match.
  3. 3MigrateOpening stock, balances, open orders and history loaded and verified.
  4. 4TrainRole-based sessions and a sandbox to practise in.
  5. 5Go liveOn-site or remote support through the first weeks and the first close.

What you get

  • Process map and solution document
  • Configured production tenant
  • Migrated and reconciled data
  • Trained key users
  • Hypercare period

Implementation and onboarding questions

The things teams usually ask before they start.

Still have a question?

Ask Trix and we will answer it live, on your own processes, in a demo.

01Who do we need from our side?

A project owner and one or two key users per department for workshops, data checks and testing. We share a week-by-week plan so you can schedule around production.

02Can we go live one department at a time?

Yes. Most teams go live in phases, starting with sales, purchase and inventory, then adding manufacturing, HR or assets.

03Is implementation done on-site or remotely?

Both. Workshops and go-live support can be on-site, with configuration and follow-ups done remotely.
